Neapolitan, language, history and problems, a problem of human rights. This article highlights the history of cinema in Naples and Naples in cinema. The problem that afflicts Neapolitan speakers in cinematic representation: a certain Lombrosian and indigenist ideology that is still very powerful in Italy about the so- called southerners, especially Neapolitan women and children.
