link | Loud readings “Fairy old lady” (from the cycle of virtual loud readings “The Wise world of fairy tales of the North”)

Among the northern peoples, fairy tales about animals are the most common.
The Northern man from ancient times saw in the animal his patron and considered him his relative. Animals in these fairy tales act as a teacher and mentor. Man tried not to defeat the animal. And to live with him in peace.
This is what is said in the Nivkh fairy tale "The Fabulous Old Woman"
