The Competition received 15 works made in different genres. Among them are drawings, crafts, reading runes, musical compositions, theatrical sketches, runes of his own composition, presentations.
The jury had a difficult task to determine the winners, as all the works were of excellent quality.
It is gratifying that this year the participants have created modern creative products based on Karelian runes, which may be of interest to the widest range of viewers.
The winners of the Competition were:
– Anatoly (Sudakoff) Kiselyov, the musical composition «Zolotaya deva» and a video created using artificial intelligence;
– Valentina Libertsova, booklet in Russian and Karelian “6 short tips from the past on parenting for current parents” based on the rune “The Hare teaches the hare”;
– Karelian folk group TUARI, creative work: The song “SEPPO”, based on the Karelian rune “Ilmoilline koziccou”. Processing by Daria Toivonen, arrangement by Vsevolod Shain;
– Elena Sycheva, rune “Praise to Karelian fairy tales”, based on Karelian fairy tales;
– The collective “Union of Muses” of the Center for Additional Education in Olonets, head – Stappieva Irina Vladimirovna, the work “Maryatta’s Lullaby” based on the 50th rune of the epic poem “Kalevala”. Words by Nika Nezhskaya and Irina Stappieva, music by Sofia Bobina. Performed by: Serafima Novikova (vocals); Varvara Fadeeva (kantele); Irina Stappieva (piano).
