The report concert of the Folk Ensemble “Mangume Ilga” – “Silver Patterns” is the final concert event of the national creative team, the most important and responsible for the entire period of the academic year. This is a summing up of the results of activities for a certain period of time (September-June 2023), an indicator of work, development by participants of the culture of the indigenous small peoples of the North of the Sakhalin region (Uilta, Nivkhs, Evenks, Nanais), team cohesion, which plays a great educational role and requires careful preparation, as well as an indicator of the creative achievements of the ensemble, the level of performing skills, transmission of traditional culture from the older generation to the younger.
