The Don State Public Library presents the project «Indigenous languages of Russia» within the framework of the International Decade of the Languages of the Indigenous Peoples of the World. The second episode is dedicated to the Nivkh language: who are the nivkhs, where they live, why it is impossible to call a person by name and how many names a seal has in its language.
