X Republican Youth Exhibition of Folk Art “Zarni Kiyas” (“Golden Hands”)

The exhibition is aimed at supporting and stimulating folk art creativity among young people. Items of decorative and applied art and folk art crafts (hereinafter referred to as items) made in various materials in the following techniques and directions were accepted for participation in the Exhibition: artistic processing of birch bark, wood, vine, painting on wood, embroidery, crocheting, traditional and artistic weaving, patchwork, artistic painting on fabric, traditional and author’s dolls, toys, artistic ceramics. The exhibition was attended by 79 young masters aged 14 to 30 years from 8 municipalities of the Komi Republic – students of art departments of educational organizations, children’s art schools, institutions of additional education, members of creative associations. During its work, the exhibition was visited by about 547 people.
