The main objective of “Tyiñu – Honrar (to honor) is to explore and analyze perspectives within diverse museum experiences, considering their role in the interpretation and use of museums, focusing on the revaluation of the ancient and the contemporary redefinition of their role as dynamic spaces. Additionally, it emphasizes the particular challenges and opportunities represented by the curation of indigenous peoples, from their perspective and cultural reappropriation. Finally, it addresses current and future challenges in the preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples, their voices, and presence in this field.

This collaborative platform was established to enable the community of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022–2032) to share events, activities, and resources. The content published on the platform is the responsibility of registered users and does not commit the Secretariat of the Decade (UNESCO) and/or the Members of the Global Task Force for Making a Decade of Action for Indigenous Languages. Please note that the platform has been inactive since February 2025 and no longer accepts new uploads.
