The forum will discuss topical issues of state policy in the field of preserving the linguistic diversity of the Russian Federation, the search for ways to harmonize interethnic and interfaith relations through language communication, as well as mechanisms for supporting and developing the languages of the peoples of Russia in the digital space. Special attention will be paid to the discussion of the influence of the Pushkin tradition on the national literatures , the transmission of the values of Russian culture in the countries of the near and far abroad through the Russian language and literature.

To preserve and develop the national culture and traditions of the Finno-Ugric peoples, as well as create conditions for cultural exchange and interethnic interaction, on November 23, 2024, the jubilee XV Regional Festival of Culture of the Finno-Ugric Peoples "Ural Finno-Ugoria – 2024" will be held at the Sverdlovsk State Regional Palace of Folk Art.

The second edition of International Conference on Language Technology for All (LT4All 2.0 - https://www.lt4all2025.eu/) will be organized on 24 to 26 February 2025, at UNESCO Headquarters, Paris, France. This conference will be organized within the framework of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022-2032) and will commemorate the Silver Jubilee celebration of the International Mother Language Day in 2025. The conference is organized by the international Language Resources Association (ELRA) and its Special Interest Group on Under-resourced Languages (SIGUL), and the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA), in partnership with UNESCO. More than 400 representatives from Governments, UN agencies, academia, language technology companies, researchers, linguists, indigenous communities, and language policymakers are expected to attend the event. The conference will draw conclusions and recommendations, and contribute to the Global Action Plan of the International Decade on Indigenous Languages and contribute in the implementation of UNESCO 2003 Recommendation concerning the Promotion and Use of Multilingualism and Universal Access to Cyberspace.

"Painted Books and Sacred Skins: A Gathering of Codices from the Past and Present" is a free event happening in Puebla, Mexico, on November 27–29, 2024. Organized by INAH, it celebrates the cultural and historical significance of Mesoamerican codices through exhibitions, workshops, and conferences. Hosted at various venues, the event brings together experts and enthusiasts to explore these ancient manuscripts as symbols of identity, knowledge, and continuity.

Originaria: Muestra de Cine de Pueblos Originarios is a film showcase happening on December 6-8 in Puebla, Mexico. In collaboration with INAH Puebla, UDLAP, and various embassies, it features films highlighting the stories, challenges, and efforts of Indigenous communities in addressing climate change, preserving their lands, sacred sites, natural resources, languages, and cultural heritage.

The annual event is organised by the National Library and the editorial office of the magazine «Ирæф», which is based on the works of the classics of Digor literature.

Во Дворце культуры «Прогресс» прошёл литературно-этнографический фестиваль «Край, в котором мы живем. Горная Шория». Мероприятие прошло в рамках регионального культурно-просветительского проекта, посвященного памяти шорского поэта Степана Торбокова «Светит солнце над зеленой Шорией моей». Для жителей и гостей поселка была подготовлена насыщенная концертная программа. Театральная студия «За шкафом» подготовила театрализованное представление «Томь и Мрассу». Выступили хоровой коллектив «Родные напевы», студии эстрадного вокала «Магия звука» и «Каприз», образцовый самодеятельный коллектив студии пластики и хореографии «Ритмы детства».
