Day of the Peoples of the Middle Urals

This year, the Day of the Peoples of the Middle Urals will be held on September 1 and will be dedicated to the Year of the Family and the 90th anniversary of the Sverdlovsk region. In the festive program, a special place is given to traditional family values: the talent of motherhood, a happy long marriage and children. The program also includes performances dedicated to what a strong family begins with – a fun wedding.

The Ural State Academic Russian Folk Choir will open the festive program. After the ceremony, guests will be able to visit the national farmsteads and festive grounds of the park dedicated to the cultural diversity of the peoples of the Middle Urals. The celebration will continue with a marathon concert with the participation of the best national amateur creative teams of the Sverdlovsk region. There will also be interactive platforms for masters of traditional folk crafts, including playgrounds for children and entertainment events.

The Day of the Peoples of the Middle Urals is celebrated only in our region. The holiday was established on the initiative of the heads of national public associations of the Sverdlovsk region in 2002. This day is historically famous for its hospitality and multicolored cultures, which is reflected in all the rooms of the participants of the holiday. Each nation gets a legacy from previous generations, made by their hands, created by their genius – the whole bright palette of talents will sparkle and sparkle at the Bottom of the nations.
