XIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of cultural education”

In accordance with Decree No. 401 of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin dated June 27, 2022, in order to recognize the special status of teaching staff, including those performing mentoring activities, preserve and enhance the heritage of Russian pedagogical science, and popularize it, 2023 in the Russian Federation has been declared the Year of the Teacher and Mentor. On November 23-24, 2023, the Chelyabinsk Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of Educational Workers, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region, is holding the XIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of Cultural Education” dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor (hereinafter – the conference).

The purpose of the conference was to discuss the issues of the value of folk culture as an important component of the social life of Russian society in connection with its multinational nature, diversity of cultures and unique regional features; the problems of updating the content of general education and improving the teaching methods of humanities, social and artistic and aesthetic disciplines in the context of the implementation of updated federal state educational standards of general education; combining the efforts of government agencies government and management, the education system, and the public in order to create optimal conditions for the implementation of new educational projects and curricula in the context of the development of the digital educational environment, improving the process of education and the development of additional education.
